The Green Edge Team

Green Edge is a certified Women’s Business Enterprise and has a unique internal structure. At our core is a seasoned, passionate team that is able to engage with clients across industry lines to develop and implement creative, results-oriented carbon footprint solutions. Beyond our own walls, we work with a diverse community of specialists that enable us to meet clients’ needs over a wide spectrum of disciplines. This allows us to provide you with the best of both worlds: a vast GOING GREEN resource bank at your disposal, as well as a personal relationship with a boutique consultancy.

Supporting Green Edge is an extensive Network of Preferred Providers—organizations and experts from the consulting, NGO and academic worlds who are available to Green Edge clients.

The Green Edge Network of Preferred Providers

Given the constantly evolving technologies, talents and perspective that going green demands, Green Edge has developed the Green Edge Network of Preferred Providers—affiliates that offer outstanding talent in the technical, financial and legal environmental arenas, including LEED® Accredited Professionals; building construction experts; energy engineers; climate scientists; marketing, branding and public relations strategists; and legal, financial, tax and real estate industry practitioners.

The Green Edge Team works seamlessly with our Preferred Providers to collectively provide elegant solutions for projects of any scope.

Green Edge Internship Program

Green Edge offers both local and remote internship opportunities to qualified college students. Interns work closely with Green Edge founder and president, Ellen Sinreich, on a wide variety of client-related and research projects. Responsibilities are tailored to the interns’ skill sets and interests. If you are independent, motivated, and dedicated to sustainability, a Green Edge internship may be the perfect opportunity for you to begin accumulating real-world carbon footprint reduction experience across many different industries.

Here’s what one Green Edge intern had to say:

“Working for Green Edge was both worthwhile and rewarding. Unlike many internships, my Green Edge experience did not entail endless clerical work. I was able to do meaningful research in areas that genuinely interest me. I worked mostly independently, but was able to receive guidance and assistance when necessary. Ellen taught me a great deal about sustainability and was a pleasure to work with. I completed my summer internship with college credit, a portfolio of written sustainability work, and valuable experience in the industry.”
