PREMIUM WORKSHOP COMPONENTS

Following Day One (see Signature Workshop description) Day Two
consists of a completely customizable combination of the following components, which are also available on a stand-alone basis:

Facility Walk-Through. We will tour and observe both your facility and your organization’s operations including private offices, shared work spaces, common interior facilities, parking, and building features.

In-Depth Interviews. Our team will conduct both random and pre-arranged one-on-one interviews with employees in relevant departments within your organization. In addition, video conversations can be conducted with staff at other locations.

Optional Consultations with Technical Experts. Green Edge affiliates are available to give you a more thorough understanding of the technical, scientific and engineering issues that your organization faces in reducing its carbon footprint, either in person or via video conference.

Departmental Strategies. Green Edge will convene departmentally focused break-out sessions to educate and engage teams within your organization whose members share a common focus. Examples include finance, manufacturing, facilities management, marketing and public relations, sourcing and purchasing, distribution and human resources.
